Prices are in INR with no GST (we are currently unregistered under GST). Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, SMS/WhatsApp API credits and paid plugins are billed at actuals.
How you can pay
Payments are collected in INR through Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, via secure payment links, payment pages and in-app checkout. Velosoft never sees or stores your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

An invoice is emailed for every payment. Payment-gateway convenience fees, if any, are shown before you pay.
Pay in EMIs with ZestMoney and banks
One-time project invoices and yearly Velo subscriptions of ₹3,000 or more can be split into 3 to 24 monthly instalments at Cashfree checkout using:
- ZestMoney cardless EMI (Zest, powered by DMI Finance) — no credit card required; typically 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, subject to the lender’s KYC and approval.
- Other cardless EMI via Cashfree partners such as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, CASHe, HDBFS and TVS Credit, when enabled on our account.
- Credit-card EMI from major Indian banks, shown only for eligible cards and amounts.
Velosoft is not a lender. Interest, processing fee, tenure and approval are decided by the lender and shown before you confirm. Monthly Velo plans (₹499 and ₹1,499) renew by UPI Autopay / e-NACH / card standing instruction and are not offered as EMI. Full terms: Terms & Conditions §7 and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Velo subscription terms in brief
- Billing: charged in advance on the same date each month or year at the plan price shown (no GST while we remain unregistered).
- Auto-renewal: when you choose auto-pay, a recurring mandate (UPI Autopay, e-NACH or card standing instruction) is set up for the plan amount; you receive a notification at least 24 hours before each debit as required by RBI.
- Cancel any time: from Velo → Settings → Subscription, by emailing [email protected], or by cancelling the mandate in your UPI or banking app. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: yearly plans are fully refundable within 7 days of first purchase or renewal if the app has not been substantially used; monthly plans are not refunded pro-rata. Full details in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Price changes: notified by email at least 30 days before they apply to your next renewal.
- Trial: new accounts get a 14-day free trial; no payment is taken until you choose a plan.
