Every price below is in INR. Velosoft is currently unregistered under GST, so no GST is added — the listed price is what you pay. Projects are quoted as a fixed scope in writing before work begins; website maintenance is a simple yearly, monthly or sales-based plan.

Includes: everything in Monthly Standard, plus feature additions on a schedule agreed in writing when you join.
How the fee is worked out: 1% of your net online sales for the calendar month — paid orders on the website we maintain, less refunds, cancellations, taxes (GST) and shipping charges — taken from your own store’s order or payment-gateway report. If 1% is less than ₹499, you pay ₹499.
Monthly statement: by the 5th of each month we send a statement showing the sales figure and the fee. The exact amount is then debited through your auto-pay mandate after a notice at least 24 hours before, or paid by payment link.
Your money stays yours: Velosoft never collects money from your customers. Your store’s payments settle directly into your own payment-gateway and bank account; we only bill you our service fee.

Prices are in INR with no GST (we are currently unregistered under GST). Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, SMS/WhatsApp API credits and paid plugins are billed at actuals.

How you can pay

Payments are collected in INR through Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator, via secure payment links and payment pages. Velosoft never sees or stores your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

An invoice is emailed for every payment. Payment-gateway convenience fees, if any, are shown before you pay.

Pay in EMIs with ZestMoney and banks

One-time project invoices and yearly maintenance plans of ₹3,000 or more can be split into 3 to 24 monthly instalments at Cashfree checkout using:

ZestMoney cardless EMI (Zest, powered by DMI Finance) — no credit card required; typically 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, subject to the lender’s KYC and approval.
Other cardless EMI via Cashfree partners such as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, CASHe, HDBFS and TVS Credit, when enabled on our account.

Velosoft is not a lender. Interest, processing fee, tenure and approval are decided by the lender and shown before you confirm. Monthly and sales-based plans renew by UPI Autopay / e-NACH / card standing instruction and are not offered as EMI. Full terms: Terms & Conditions §8 and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Maintenance plan terms in brief

Billing: yearly and monthly plans are charged in advance on the same date each year or month at the plan price shown. Sales-based plans are charged monthly in arrears after the statement. No GST while we remain unregistered.
Auto-renewal: when you choose auto-pay, a recurring mandate (UPI Autopay, e-NACH or card standing instruction) is set up through Cashfree with a maximum amount you approve. You receive a notification with the exact amount at least 24 hours before each debit, as required by RBI.
No minimum term, cancel any time: by emailing [email protected], messaging us on WhatsApp, or cancelling the mandate in your UPI or banking app. Service continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.
Refunds: the current paid period is not refunded on cancellation, but yearly plans can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of purchase or renewal if no work has been done. Duplicate or wrong charges are always refunded in full. Details in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Price changes: notified by email or WhatsApp at least 30 days before they apply to your next renewal.
Not included: domain registration and renewal, hosting, paid plugins, SMS/WhatsApp API credits and other third-party costs, which are billed separately at actuals.
